Terms of Service

1 · Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the rehelios video infrastructure platform, websites, CLI, MCP server, and API (together, the "Service"), provided by rehelios ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.

2 · Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and API keys. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3 · Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, store, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the rights to use.
• Distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Host content that is sexually exploitative of minors, promotes violence, or violates the rights of others.
• Circumvent usage limits, billing, or access controls, or resell the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

4 · Your content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, store, transcode, cache, and deliver Your Content solely as needed to operate and provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have all necessary rights and consents to use it with the Service.

5 · Fees & billing

Paid plans are billed based on usage — including per-GB storage and delivery — plus any applicable minimums, as described on our pricing page. Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

6 · Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (such as cloud storage, CDN, and bot-protection via Cloudflare Turnstile). Your use of the Service may also be subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

7 · Service availability

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

8 · Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete Your Content after a reasonable period.

9 · Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, rehelios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 · Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless rehelios from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of Your Content or your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12 · Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
